Biography

Dr. Gerald E. Osborne held many positions at the University of Houston during the 1980s, including Vice Chancellor for Students, tenured faculty appointment in Social Science, and adjunct appointment in four other colleges. Dr. Osborne was also the liaison with NASA in the space vacuum epitaxy venture partnership between NASA and UH. He also held faculty rank at the Texas Research Institute of Mental Science at the University of Texas in the Medical Center.
