Biography
Wilanna Bristow (1934-2011) studied in "Ecole Lesagne" in Paris. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1957 with a double major in Art History and Art.
She taught herself embroidery and then started teaching. She was known internationally as "Embroideries by Wilanna".
There is a portfolio of her designs at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
