Biography
Cecille Crow (1914-2001) was born in San Antonio, TX. She attended the San Antonio Art Institute.
Crow was a member of the San Antonio Art League, the Texas Watercolor Society, the Contemporary Art Group, and the Texas Fine Art Association, among others. She was named artist of the year at the San Antonio Art League and museum in 1982.
