Biography
Ruth Goddard (1912-?) was Porfirio Salinas's agent and upon his death, his biographer. Ruth was Salinas's agent for more than three decades. She introduced Porfirio's paintings in Austin when there were no art galleries in the city. Ruth started her business by selling prints.
