Biography

Janet Shook LaCoste (1912-1983) was a renowned fabric artist and designer. She studied at Incarnate Word College and San Antonio Art Institute.

Opened and managed the Shool-Carrington Gallery in San Antonio where she helped several local artists boost their careers.
