Danna Burns is a New Orleans native originally born in the Seventh Ward who is above 40 years of age. DB is a hard working individual who worked for the Fairmont Hotel in the food and beverage industry; lived in New Orleans East at the time of Katrina and was very open to share her positive and negative experiences before, during and after the storm.

Kevin Globe [KG], age 29, is a Katrina survivor from Shreveport, Louisiana. KG is a carpenter and lived in mainly in Houston but worked in Slidell. After speaking with his neighbors at the time he started to make plans and evacuated the Sunday before the storm. He moved a few times because of the storm and finally ended up in South West Houston.
