This series is the largest, consisting of 366 folders dating from 1934 to 1986, bulk 1940’s - 1960s. The materials in this series cover a wide range of university-related topics and it is divided into five sub-series: Administration, Other UH Campuses, Academics, Student Activities and Groups, and Faculty and Staff Activities and Groups. Each sub-series is arranged alphabetically. Due to the positions Jonas held at the university, the folders related to the Guidance Office, the library, and the Veterans Office contain the most material. This series also contains a large number of folders related to the Association of University Professors, Faculty Association, and Faculty Senate.
