This series consists of thirty folders of material, dating from 1945 to 1948 and includes receipts, financial records, correspondence, and memoranda. The bulk of the material dates from 1945 to 1947. Included are records from fund-raising efforts for construction of buildings on the campus, as well as financial records for the Houston College for Negroes.
