The Fundraising series covers the years 1982 through 2002, arranged into five subseries: Contributors, Grants, Events, Reports, and Miscellaneous. The Contributors subseries includes lists of Gifts-In-Kind, information about the Kroger Share Card, and correspondence with various companies, individuals and organizations in regard to donations to HWCA. The Grants subseries is arranged alphabetically by organization. The largest of these groups is the Cultural Arts Council of Houston (CACH). This subseries contains grant applications and correspondence concerning those grants. The Events subseries is arranged chronologically according to the particular fundraising event. "Drop In, Switch On" is the most recurrent of these events. The Reports subseries contains an incomplete set of summaries of Caucus fundraising activities. All other fundraising information can be found in the Miscellaneous subseries.
