The Finances series contains an almost complete financial record of the Caucus from 1980-2001. This series is arranged into four subseries: Bank Statements, Checks, Receipts, and General. The Bank Statements subseries ends in 1999; and it is missing June through December 1994, and all but July and September of 1995. Blazek, et al CPA is the accounting firm that handles tax matters for the Caucus. This folder includes predominantly correspondence with that company. The Budgets folder is incomplete, and reflects only the budgets for the activities of the entire Caucus. Budgets for individual exhibitions are found in the folders for those particular shows. The Treasurer folders contain the procedures for the office of the treasurer, and an incomplete set of monthly reports made by the treasurer at Board Meetings. The Yearly Financial Statements folder is not complete, and includes annual and biannual reports.
