This series represents the fourth major project detailed in this collection. It consists of various elements of good, the book that Toni edited and produced in recognition of the new century (her "Millennium Project"). She commissioned artist Mel Chin to produce cover art and a sculpture (subsequently gifted to MFAH), commissioned local people from all walks of life to write their stories of being in Houston, edited the resulting essays, and produced the book. The series is further broken down into various subseries that deal with history, projects, correspondence, management, government relations, committees, financials, and articles relating to good.
