These records contain 23 boxes relating to the administrative body of the University of Houston. A significant portion of this material was given to the archives from the university Print Plant. Materials include correspondence, reports, proposals, programs, marketing material, tapes, and published items. The collection is organized into 10 series; Academic Affairs, Administration and Finance, Board of Regents, Events, General Counsel, Governmental Relations, Miscellaneous, Research, Student Affairs, and University Advancement. Excluding “Events” and “Miscellaneous”, these series represent the current departments within the UH administrative body. Each series is arranged alphabetically by subject title and chronologically when necessary. Materials range in date from the 1930s to 2009. This collection also holds records from the University Planning and Policy Council (UPPC).
