BPA is directed by a working board whose activities constitute the activities of the organization. The Board of Directors series includes documents relevant to the selection and commitment of board members and reports to and by the board. Board correspondence is the organization’s correspondence and reflects both administrative and preservation activities. Because Terry Hershey preserved her own voluminous correspondence as an active board member, her letters are retained in separate folders. The Board of Directors series, largely constituted by correspondence, is contained in 30 folders organized in 6 boxes.
