This series consists of five sub-series: Welch Endowed Chair, National Science Foundation, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, University of Houston, and Other Accounts. Financial paperwork contains: budget details, grant proposals and project updates, grant award statements and award modifications, expenditures, invoices, order forms, travel requests and expenses, POs, timesheets, payroll information, etc. The best effort has been taken to maintain the original order, therefore some information from differing sub-series may be interfiled. Folders with intermingled sub-series items have been identified in a note. Kochi's original folder names are noted by quotation marks.
