Wedding certificate between JHL I and Elizabeth Gruber. Transliteration and original letter from JHL I written in Swiss-German. JHL I had lived in a Swiss-Austrian community during the 1850s with an Austrian wife. The letter in the folder is from when JHL I was at Sutter’s Fort.
