Saloy, Louis Jr., 2006
Summary: Louis Saloy, Jr. [LS] is a Katrina survivor from New Orleans, Louisiana [NOLA]. Mr. Saloy is NOLA native. His wife and all his children that lived in NOLA evacuated for Katrina. Mr. Saloy is retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Due to problems with FEMA and no places to stay in NOLA, he finds the chances of rebuilding his home to be slim. Now in his seventies, he fears NOLA will never be the same in his lifetime.
