Summary: Samuel Stevens is a Katrina survivor from New Orleans, Louisiana [N.O.]. His interview begins describing his community in N.O. From there he tells what it was like for his family before the storm hits, to when the roof started to collapse and they had to get out. He describes the after effects of the storm on his community and family. Next he tells of the process of getting his family to safety.
