Summary: Wilfred Arnalie [WA] is a Katrina survivor from New Orleans, Louisiana [N.O.]. His interview begins with him telling about his background in N.O. and the types of work he did there. Next he goes on to describe his neighborhood in the uptown area. He talks about evacuating the day before hurricane Katrina hit. He then goes onto when he is watching the storm on the news, and his trip back to N.O. after it was over. The interview was given by Angela Trahan [AT].
