Summary: Darrel Nelson [DN] is a Hurricane Katrina survivor from Bay St. Louis, MS [B.S.L.]. Darrel’s interview starts with some background information on himself and some of the traditions he knew of in B.S.L... From there he tells about his feelings and experiences during the hurricane, to what it was like after it was over. He then goes on to talk about being in Houston.
