Summary

Frank Smith [FS], 20, is a Hurricane Katrina Survivor from New Orleans Sixth Ward. He later moved to New Orleans East and attended Sarah T. Reed High School. FC has been working in the healthcare field since he was a teen. He evacuated with his job to Alexandria, LA while his family stayed behind in the New Orleans Superdome. FS describes the emotions he experienced during the aftermath of Katrina not knowing where his family was for weeks. FS now lives in Houston, TX with his family and is back working and not planning on returning home to New Orleans to stay.
