Summary
Darrel Holnes [DH], age 19, a Katrina and Rita evacuee. Recently moved to New Orleans to attend Loyola University, evacuated New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina. Originally from Panama City, Panama and lived in New Orleans two weeks prior Hurricane Katrina. DH evacuated to Houston and is living on campus at the University of Houston enjoying school and student life. DH shares evacuating with family for Rita and reflects on brief Katrina moments.
