Summary
Mr. Harold Harris, age 63, is a Katrina survivor from the Iberville Housing Development in New Orleans, LA Sixth Ward. Mr. Harris’ interview opens with brief and vivid childhood memories of his life in NO. He also mentions his experiences with Hurricane Betsy [HB] and how much HB differed from Hurricane Katrina [HK]. He also told the story of his experiences with HK, and how the storm has affected his life dramatically. He then moves on and focuses on the culture of NO, and his life in Houston afterwards.
