Summary
Josef Brown [JB], age 15, is a Katrina Survivor from Mid-City, New Orleans, LA. Early on the interview JB explains his familial structure and how everything was situated for him in NO. He then moves on to explain the things that led up to their non-evacuation and his experiences in the Superdome. He was also separated from his mother during the storm, so he mentions how and what lead up to the separation. He finally moves on to his life in Houston, and how everything has changed so dramatically in his life.
