Summary
Morgan Jordan [MJ], age 18, is an evacuee of hurricane Katrina from Thibodeaux, Louisiana, a small town near New Orleans. He was beginning the Fall semester of his freshman year at Nicholls State University. He was majoring in Culinary Arts at Nicholls State and has transferred to UH to major in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He is not sure the new major is for him or if Houston is a place he would like to live long-term. He misses friends and family and has yet to really acclimate himself to living in Houston.
