Summary
Martha Gonzalez is a Katrina survivor from New Orleans, LA. Ms. Gonzalez is originally from Honduras but has been living in N.O. for the past 18 years. Her interview begins with some descriptions about her community in N.O. she goes on to say how she miss her neighbors and her facilities in N.O. she also says that she would like to stay here in Houston because of the new Garifuna church she has found but she as to return because has a mortgage responsibility in N.O. Finally, she thanks all the individuals that have helped her while here in Houston.
