Theatre Program, 1958-2018, undated
This collection documents the history of the UH School of Theatre and Dance. The Theatre program materials document programming and productions from 1958-2018. These materials include programs and slides of professional production photographs from the Houston Shakespeare Festival and the Children’s Theatre Festival from the late 1970s through the early 2000s. The collection also contains Paige Willson's compiled production documentation, clippings, photos, and correspondence from the early 2000s, and a theatrical scrapbook created by Patrick Harrison, which contains clippings, programs, and other production materials, the bulk of which date from the late 1950s to the 1960s, with some materials from the 1970s-1990s.
The Dance program materials document the program's history from 1980-2022. These materials include class offerings, schedules, curricula, course development, strategic plans, vision statements, faculty and board meeting agendas, external reviews, emails, publications, budgets, brochures, performance programs, and correspondence, including correspondence from Tommy Tune to his family from the 1960s to the 1980s.
