The collection is housed in 5 boxes and organized in 10 series: Organizational Information; The Delphian Society Manuals; Special Projects; Correspondence; Bit-O-News Newsletters; Photographic Material; Publicity Clippings; Delphian Memorial Scholarship Fund; Delphian Chapters’ Scrapbooks and Houston Delphian Assembly Scrapbooks. These series document the organization’s operations, numerous social events and scholarship fund information.

The content of the collection consists of Houston Comets memorabilia documenting their four WNBA championship wins from years 1997 to 2000. In addition, general Houston Comets novelty items can be found in this collection dating from the years 1997 to 2003.
The Houston Junior Forum Records contain presidential files and scrapbooks of the Presidents who served the Houston Junior Forum from 1948-2004.

This collection includes articles written by Karkabi, correspondence, notes and research materials. The collection is divided into ten series: Personal, Articles, Correspondence, Appointment Books, Houston Chronicle, Notes, Multi-Media, Publications, Research, and Ephemera. All series are arranged topically and chronologically.
This collection contains research and draft materials from Claudia’s book and journalist work such as notes, editors’ commentary, final publications, promotional materials, and more. Claudia’s journals written during the drafting of her book are also included.
The majority of the collection includes content pertaining to the creation of the Lambright's book entitled, “They also served: Women’s Stories from the WWII Era.” Many materials correspond to the research, interviews, and related materials collected from 53 women interviewed in 2001-2002 who shared their memories of the WW II Era for the book. Other items include audio tapes, photographs, and the published book.
