The records of Gulf Coast: A Journal of Literature and Fine Arts include items from the early 2000s, including postcards, exhibit flyers, and business cards mainly from the Houston area but from other US states as well. Also included are papers and books on seminars attended, certificates and other documents pertaining to auctions held, minutes from Advisory Boards meetings, correspondence, agendas, and a membership manual. Additionally, there is a large number of compact discs and 3.5 floppies, labeled and containing Art Lies advertisements, with related fliers and handwritten notes, printouts of the ads, and correspondence regarding the advertisements. There are also accordion files containing printouts and copies of artist interviews, articles about exhibits, pictures and slides of art installations and exhibits, check stubs, and a t-shirt.
