Brief Biographical Note

Annise Parker and Kathy Hubbard met in 1990 and were married in 2014. Parker was the 61st mayor of Houston, and one of the first openly gay mayors of a major US city. She previously served on Houston City Council and as City Controller. Hubbard is a tax and financial services professional.
