As with the correspondence, this sub-series is divided into two time periods corresponding to Allred’s two judgeships. The first period, 1939 to 1942, is arranged alphabetically by plaintiff’s name or by function, with folders arranged chronologically by year. The second period, 1949 to 1959 is arranged chronologically by year and alphabetically within years by plaintiff’s name.
