Paddock Greater Houston Convention & Visitors Council Records
The collection consists of two series: Greater Houston Convention & Visitors Council and Ephemera. The first series contains organizational materials for the GHCVC and is broken into ten sub-series. The second series contains materials related to the city of Houston and the state of Texas and is divided into six sub-series.

River Oaks Blossom Club Records
The River Oaks Blossom Club collection contains material dating from the Club's inception in 1939 through 2004. The collection is divided into three series: Yearbooks, Administrative, and Photographs. The Yearbooks and Photographs are arranged chronologically. The Administrative series is arranged chronologically, then alphabetically.
River Oaks Rose Club Records
This collection includes photos of Rose Club events, yearbooks that catalog membership, secretarial records and correspondence, and several scrapbooks. The majority of the materials are arranged chronologically and in the order they were received from donors.

Nina Vance Alley Theatre Papers
The Nina Vance Alley Theatre Papers document Nina Vance's career developing and directing the Alley Theatre and also contains personal items from her life. The collection is divided into three series: Personal Papers, Correspondence, and Alley Theatre Papers. The collection includes correspondence, production materials, scripts, programs, sound recordings, clippings, speeches, scrapbooks, date books, and miscellaneous items such as receipts and ephemera.

Women in the Visual and Literary Arts Records
The papers of the Women in Visual and Literary Arts (WIVLA) consist of meeting minutes, fliers about events, and newsletters. All material dates from 1994 to 2011. The collection arrived in the archives in excellent order, arranged neatly into newsletters and meeting minutes, which were filed and arranged chronologically. The collection has been broken into five series: Administration, Publications, Events, Multimedia, and Various Materials.
