The American Association of University Professors, UH Chapter Records consists mainly of documents directly related to the organization, including the constitution, minutes, bank statements, letters, correspondence, membership lists, and newsletters.
This collection arrived at the archives in relatively good order, which has been maintained where possible. The collection consists of Audit Reports, Correspondence, Board Minutes, Proposals, Reports, Rules and Regulations, Resolutions, and Statements.
The Faculty Organizations Records primarily consist of organizational minutes, as well as constitutions, bylaws, and report. Materials are arranged by chronological order. Records include those of the Faculty Association (1954-1963), Faculty Assembly (1951-1959), and Faculty Senate (1969-2005).
This collection includes materials related to the UH Women’s Resource Center. The collection is broken into four series: General Information, Advertisements, Organizations, and Printed Materials.
This collection includes materials related to the University Commission on Women (UCW). The majority of the materials included in the collection revolve around the governance and operation of the organization with a large series being dedicated to the mentoring program. The collection consists of six series: Governance, Meetings, Mentoring Program, Reports, Research, and General Information.
