Content Description

This collection contains materials documenting Staley’s artistic production, including sketch books, exhibit catalogues and other exhibit documentation, clippings, and photographs. It also includes family photographs, and a custom pair of cowboy boots made for Mr. Staley in Mexico.

The Nina Vance Alley Theatre Papers document Nina Vance's career developing and directing the Alley Theatre and also contains personal items from her life. The collection includes correspondence, production materials, scripts, programs, sound recordings, clippings, speeches, scrapbooks, date books, and miscellaneous items such as receipts and ephemera.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of 149 photographs, 99 Polaroids, and 50 black-and-white silver gelatin prints, created between 1975 and 1985. Some of the photos are formal portraits, others are candid shots, and a few are still lifes. Robert Weinberger Theatre Playbills Collection

The collection contains drama, dance, opera, and symphony programs from performances given in North America and Europe. The programs are arranged chronologically from 1947 to 2001 and are housed in sixty-three binders. Ticket stubs and review clippings are attached to most of the programs with a few bearing autographs.

The papers of the Women in Visual and Literary Arts (WIVLA) consist of meeting minutes, fliers about events, and newsletters. All material dates from 1994 to 2011. The collection arrived in the archives in excellent order, arranged neatly into newsletters and meeting minutes, which were filed and arranged chronologically. The collection has been broken into five series: Administration, Publications, Events, Multimedia, and Various Materials.
