The American Association of University Professors, UH Chapter Records consists mainly of documents directly related to the organization, including the constitution, minutes, bank statements, letters, correspondence, membership lists, and newsletters.
The American Association of Universty Women (AAUW), West Harris County Branch Records document the history and operations of the organization from 1976 to 2020. Comprised of a Minutes series and a Publicity and Press series, include board, branch, and interbranch meeting minutes, newsletters, member directories, other administrative documents, newsletters, photographs, brochures, scrapbooks and member directories.
The Mexican American Alumni Association Records consists of administrative files, financial records, minutes, and correspondence dating from 1987 to 1997. Materials are organized chronologically at the folder level.

The collection arrived in the archives in excellent order, arranged neatly into newsletters and meeting minutes, which were filed and arranged chronologically. The collection has been broken into five series: Administration, Publications, Events, Multimedia, and Various Materials.
