The American Association of Universty Women (AAUW), West Harris County Branch Records document the history and operations of the organization from 1976 to 2020. Comprised of a Minutes series and a Publicity and Press series, include board, branch, and interbranch meeting minutes, newsletters, member directories, other administrative documents, newsletters, photographs, brochures, scrapbooks and member directories.

Herman George Eiden Papers

Scope and Contents

The Herman George Eiden Papers consists of three albums of photos and mementos from Eiden's service in the Pacific while in the United States Navy. It also includes correspondance to and from Eiden, films and a log script by Eiden, as well as articles, newspapers, and brochures in relation to the sinking of the Houston (Cruiser: CA-30) and its 60th anniversary commemoration.

Scope and Contents The papers for the Houston Women's Caucus for Art (HWCA) span from its founding in 1978 to 2004. Some items, however, pre-date this period. The largest portion of the records is devoted to photos and to art exhibitions sponsored by the Caucus. The next largest portion includes newsletters, grant applications and fundraising, financial records, and conferences.
