The collection is arranged chronologically within each series, dating from 1950 to 1999, adhering as much as possible to the original order.

Texas Well Log Service Driller Logs Collection

Scope and Contents Martin Schulz managed then purchased the Texas Well Log Service during the early 1920s. He developed well logs from required Texas Railroad Commission filings and then sold the resulting compilation as a “log report.” His customers were major oil exploration companies as well as small independents.The Texas Well Log Service Driller Log Collection contains an estimated 450,000 pages of well log driller reports in 129 boxes. Clell Thorpe World War II Photographs

The bulk of this collection dates from the years 1943 through 1945. The collection mainly contains black and white photographs taken by Clell Thorpe, as well as some 4"x5" negatives, one letter, one manuscript, and some miscellaneous items.

The material is arranged in five series: Naval School of Photography, Marine Bombing Squadron (VMB-613), Pacific Atoll, Tarawa, and Miscellaneous.
