The Joe C. Aker Architecture Photographic Records consist of the photographic archives of Joe C. Aker, a noted professional photographer who specializes in the photography of architecture and interiors. The records include film negatives, transparencies, and prints.

Abstract

This collection contains photographs from various projects across Fran Brennan's career. Photographic prints, transparency and negative film in various formats, Polaroid prints, and samples of published projects from books and magazines.

Scope and Contents

The Valentin Gertsman Papers and Photographs dates from 1922 to 2018. The collection consists of photographic prints, slides, correspondence, sketches, exhibit posters, recorded television appearances, and manuscripts/mock-ups of Gertsman’s published and non-published books that document architectural development in Houston, Texas. Also included in this collection are over three hundred signed and numbered artist proofs (photographs).

Scope and Contents The Lienhard Family Papers document the lives of four members of the Lienhard family: Johann Heinrich Lienhard I (1822-1903), John H. Lienhard III (1893-1979), James (Jim) Henderson Lienhard (1921-2018), and John H. Lienhard IV (1930-). The collection consists primarily of material from John H.
