The American Association of University Professors, UH Chapter Records consists mainly of documents directly related to the organization, including the constitution, minutes, bank statements, letters, correspondence, membership lists, and newsletters.

The Ruth Pennybacker Collection consists of the teaching aids she used in class, photocopies of plays, news clippings, and programs.The materials in the collection date from 1967 to 1981 with a bulk dating from the 1970s. Included in the collection is a scrapbook crafted in 1967 by her students, colleagues, and friends as a tribute to Ruth Pennybacker, as well as items relating to the Play Reader Groups, news clippings, correspondence, and plays used as part of the classroom curriculum.

The Professor Joseph S. Werlin Papers contain newspaper and magazine articles relating to international issues of interest to Dr. Werlin. Topics include politics, racism, nationalism, agriculture, and birth control, among many others. Most of the materials date from the 1940s and 1950s. There is also a limited amount of personal material, including correspondence and photographs, in the collection.

Scope and Contents The David Ashley White Papers consist of 59 boxes of materials dating from 1944 to 2018 with the bulk of the collection dating from 1980-2016. The first donation to this collection occurred in 1991, which was processed in 1993. Dr. White has made numerous additions since then and future material is expected.
