Summary
Kristy C. Mosley [KM], age 23, is a Katrina survivor from the Upper Ninth Ward, New Orleans[NO], Louisiana [LA]. KM has fond memories of NO growing up and sharing Mardi Gras celebrations with her family. She was very active in her church as she worked with the dance ministry.
