Sumary Cherhon O’Neal [CO], age 28, is a Katrina survivor from New Orleans, LA residing in the East. CO and family evacuated the city prior to the storm after having made sure that her father, a recent stroke victim, was leaving as well. Their trip was surreal. The arrived in Houston and stayed at her aunt’s home with 15-16 additional people.
