Summary: Chantella Ester [CE], age 22, is a Katrina survivor from the Seventh Ward of New Orleans, LA. She was born in New Orleans and lived in many parts of New Orleans. CE was staying in the Seventh Ward at the time of the storm. Her house experienced minor damage, but the grocery store around the corner was submerged in water.
