This series contains material concerning the administration of the Council, including a history, correspondence, legal documents, newsletters, and an almost complete run of meeting minutes and financials. Financial information was included in the minutes until 1959. The minutes include those of the board of directors, the executive committee, and the general Council meetings, arranged chronologically. The minutes and financial material are arranged in two year increments corresponding to each president’s tenure.
