This collection consists of about 300 items of audiovisual materials. UH Division of Marketing and Communications deposited materials in 2015 and 2021. Around half of these items are formatted as Betacam videotapes, while the rest of the collection includes VHS, DVCAM, Digital Betacam, and MiniDV videotapes. Within the collection, the materials are stored and organized firstly by format, then by series or rough topic, with items located near others of similar origin, subject, or genre. The collection includes content from a variety of sources, from internal University productions to outside commissions for the University and some commercial productions. Video content ranges in date from 1994 to 2003, years when these material formats were common and standard.
