This series consists of contractor’s invoices, for the year 1988, and other records for the construction of the residence for Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bentsen in Houston at the corner of Salisbury and Westgate (originally 2224 Salisbury and later known as 2215 Westgate), which he usually called the “Townhouse.” Completed in 1989, this house won a design award from the Texas Society of Architects.
