This series contains eighty-five folders that relate to the Higher Education Coordinating Board. The Higher Education Coordinating Act of 1965 provided that the Coordinating Board shall “review periodically all degree and certificate programs offered by institutions of higher education….” (Section 10, Paragraph [5]).
