Scope and Contents This collection consists of eleven boxes of printed e-mail correspondence among members of the Public-Access Computer Systems Forum (PACS-L). The distribution list was established by Charles W. Bailey, Jr., and provided by the University of Houston Libraries. These documents are dated from July 1989 to February 1991, corresponding to Bailey's tenure as moderator. There is also a notebook of handwritten notes, and four compact discs containing PACS-L archives.

A small amount of written material and three computer diskettes are also included with the collection. All materials date from 1978 to 1985. The cassettes have been boxed separately for preservation reasons.
